Game Terms

By using The Zodiac Box Games, you agree to these terms. The games are promotional experiences associated with The Zodiac Box and are intended to give eligible participants a chance to receive promotional gifts with a qualifying future TikTok Shop purchase.

Weekly Game Limit

Four game options may be offered during a week. Each TikTok username may play no more than two different games during each Monday–Sunday game week. Each completed play counts toward the two-game weekly limit whether the result is a gift or a no-prize result. Participants should use their own TikTok username and the same username they use when ordering. Attempts to bypass game limits, use multiple usernames for the same participant, manipulate the games, or otherwise abuse the promotion may result in prizes being voided or participation being restricted.

Prizes and Odds

Game results are based on configured prize availability and odds. Not every play is guaranteed to result in a gift. Prize types, availability, quantities, odds, game schedules, and promotional periods may change. A displayed win is subject to verification in The Zodiac Box Games records.

Claiming a Gift

Unless otherwise stated in the game, a promotional gift must be claimed with a qualifying future purchase from The Zodiac Box through TikTok Shop. Winners should place GAME PRIZE WON in the applicable TikTok Shop order notes so the shop administrator can locate the saved game result using the TikTok username provided in the Game Room. A gift has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, and is not transferable unless The Zodiac Box expressly allows it.

TikTok

The Zodiac Box Games asks participants to enter a TikTok username for game tracking and prize lookup. It does not require participants to authorize access to their TikTok accounts. The Zodiac Box Games is an independent promotional experience and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok except for TikTok Shop as applicable.

Fair Play and Changes

The Zodiac Box may suspend a game, correct an error, void fraudulent or technically invalid results, or modify a promotion when reasonably necessary to protect fair operation. If a technical issue prevents a result from being reliably saved, the database record maintained by The Zodiac Box Games will control.

Availability

The games are provided on an as-available basis. Temporary interruptions, maintenance, network problems, third-party service issues, or other technical conditions may affect availability.
